I've been tagged by Snarkly Black Chicks
It's a very interesting tag and couldn't help but respond.
Here are 7 delectable things you don't know about me

1. I'm addicted to chocolate chip scones at Whole Foods
2. Like to eat fresh snow before it touches the ground...i'm not the only one who does it, i'm sure, lol
3. I'm anal about people walking barefoot in my apartment
4. by nature, a homebody, doesn't take much to make me happy...being home with a home cooked meal, poetry and some movies are satisfying enough
5. I'll wake up at 5am on a Saturday or Sunday to paint then go back to bed at 10am
6. Love to write poetry at the strangest hours, for example at 2am when ideas and words flow into my dreams then i'll go back to bed
7. I love, love, love the 18th century era from songs to movies, something about that period leaves me breathless, the era of Catherine the great, get it? name is Cathy so i'm thinking I am a reproduction of her in spirit :) since I'm fascinated by the language, how they lived, how they loved...favorite movie of all time is Pride and Prejudice, another favorite is The Piano.

I love getting to know you and thank you for sharing.

I too, write at odd hours and love films like you mentioned. I like stories that aren't so mainstream.

i'm inspired at the oddest hours as well. 3-5am seems to be my most productive time window. and if you're a reproduction of catherine the great's spirit you might have some explaining to do. get back to me on that one.

Mmm chocolate chip scones! I love eating fresh snow too but I would usually scoop up the top layer off of something, and eat it with mandarin oranges. Mmmm.

I can SO relate. I am finding more and more folks who are like me. I am social when I want. I love to dance and will do that at a party til I drop. I Love, Love, Love solitude. Some folks find it odd.

I noticed alot of creative folk love solitude and homebodiness(is that a word, LOL).

Ciao Cath,
just to tell you that it's snowing here in Torino and we have plenty of chocolate (that's probably the best thing we do next the city with wine).

So Torino now is a very Caty-ish city! :-D

Isn't it weird that the wee hours of the morning are some of the most creative for people. The time that we spend the most in the unconscious state is used to create some of our most conscious work, hmmmm
